In 2024, to better support its expanding customer base and enhance product development capabilities, Vakker Dental completed the full acquisition of Shanghai Luck Meditech Co., Ltd., a well-established manufacturer of dental treatment chairs founded in 2002. This strategic acquisition allows Vakker Dental to integrate advanced manufacturing resources with U.S. market expertise, offering more comprehensive solutions, improved product performance, and enhanced service efficiency.
